Pleasantly Surprised!
I have had MetLife Pet Insurance for my dog for 1 year. I am so glad I chose this company, claim processing is easy, payments are quick and the few times I've had to contact for clarification they have been very responsive! There are so many pet insurance companies out there and it can be difficult to choose, but I can say I highly recommend MetLife Pet Insurance for their cost, customer service and claims processing.

Every part of my experience with Trupanion has been superb! Claim processing is simple, and if you do have a question, the representatives that I've dealt with over the phone have been friendly, helpful, and compassionate. These are people that understand my dog is not just a pet, but a member of my family. I am so happy I made the decision to become a client of this excellent company.

Healthy Paws, truly a lifesaver!
When you pet has a sudden emergency having good insurance helps ease the anxiety of the situation. My 4 yo Irish setter’s R lung collapsed suddenly. He was in critical care and had to have surgery. It was a very stressful time but knowing we had Healthy Paws helped a lot! They let you know what you need to send, filing was easy and they let you know how the claim is progressing. We got our check in a reasonable time frame. Would definitely recommend Healthy Paws, it’s so worth it!
