Tinker Bell’s Cough
Our 8 year old cat, Tinker Bell, developed a mysterious cough which took two vet visits and an ER visit to resolve. Having Pet's Best allowed us to choose the best possible treatment for her without worrying about money because we knew Pets Best would have our back. She is doing much better now!
Quick and easy claims
PetsBest claim process is so quick and easy it's amazing. It used to take a long time to process the claim once you sent it in but now I just sent my latest one in and had my reimbursement back in 5 days! I've been with them since 2019 and they only get better. I love my unlimited with 90%reimbursement for both my Frenchies. Only way to go with my little furbabies!!
First Time Experience
This was my first time ever having to file a claim. After spending all night in the vet ER i was exhausted and overwhelmed after spending a great deal of money. This filing process was very easy and gave a moment of peace knowing that I was able to handle something in this experience so easily. Highly recommend Heathy Paws to anybody that owns a dog. My dog has undergone 2 surgeries in the past 6 months. The ease of filing a claim helped during this stressful time. Excellent customer service representatives. Reimbursements for my claims appeared in my bank account within days.
Strongly recommend Pets Plus US
Pets Plus US is easy to use and they have been wonderful! From silly bad choices my dog made as a puppy (got beat up by a possum but won the battle in the end) needing stitches and pain medication, to more serious challenges like hind end lameness, it's been great to know that I can get the care for her she needs without worrying about the cost of that care. The portal is easy to use, and they typically have gotten back to me fast then the time outlined. I have nothing but very good things to say about my experience with Pets Plus US!

Healthy Paws Pet Insurance Came Through
I can't tell you how happy I am that I purchased insurance on my fur baby from Healthy Paws. For a very modest monthly cost, they have paid thousands of dollars when she needed surgery and other services. Their response time is amazing! It really helps when you're worried about your pet, that you don't need to worry about how to pay for it. It was one of the best investments I've made.

Pets Plus Us is AMAZING
Pets Plus Us has been exceptional with support and claims for our dog who has elbow and hip dysplasia. In the 3.5 years that we have had our dog, they have reimbursed us $40,000 as he had 3 full hip replacements, CT scans, foreign body surgeries. Without this insurance I don’t even want to think what we would have done.

Claims take so LONG
I'm very frustrated with Met Life Pet Ins. b/c their claims process is NOT 5 to 10 business days as they like to advertise. This is deceiving and simply a lie. I submitted a claim for my dog on 11/26/24 and so far, crickets. I sent an email last week for an update, and still, no reply. I will tell you that my claims have been paid BUT, it's simply a painfully slow waiting game. Are they short-staffed? is this why the claims process takes seemingly forever?? Customer service needs to improve: respond to our emails, have a better chat set up. Your chat box is almost always down! You guys are a multi million dollar company...why the lame chat, the lack of communication, the leaving-us-clients-hanging? It's really a disservice and I'm just plain fed up.
