How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Family Pet Health Center
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

I can’t say enough about the Doctors a staff. My fur babies love Dr. Kathy. I would high recommend her.

Truly the best Vet experience I have ever had! Our Dr Kathy treated myself and my 3 cats like we were family. She didn’t rush through our visit. She made sure I understood every step she went through, she handled my cats with care, she was sensitive to my feelings with my cats, she is amazing! I didn’t leave there feeling like I had unanswered questions as I have at other Vet offices in the area. She also made sure to set up their procedures and testing in the best way possible to save me the most money! I can’t say enough good things about this Clinic and Kathy! Even the technician who came in before Kathy was extremely thorough and I didn’t feel I was being rushed while explaining my concerns! The front desk staff was equally as professional and helpful! I would hands down recommend anyone to this clinic!

We have been so blessed to have a wonderful, comforting, veterinary place. Dr. Lisa had taken care of our cat, Sparks, for 18 years. He was so fortunate to have her his whole life. He has recently passed and we just want to say thank you to all the team that assisted us. They made us this paw treasure to honor our late cat. We are so grateful😻

We have been taking our dogs to Dr. Kathy and staff at FPHC for many years. They treat us and our fur babies like we are part of the family. The care is top notch!

I think the doctors do care, HOWEVER, when you question services, or prices, or opt out of certain shots, etc. They say "you're not a good fit for us and they will send your records". I get there is a vet shortage, but when you have a fixed income, and you can only afford certain things for your pet, and YES I have in the past spent a lot of money at this clinic THOUSANDS. but now I can't and they aren't willing to work with you. I believe this is a franchise now and wealthy people won't question their prices. UNFAIR
