Easy Claims
Since having Pets Best Insurance, every time I have filed a claim it has been very simple and easy. I would upload all my receipts along with my pet most recent examination and health records, and Pets Best personnel would let me know what and what I can't claim and explain why, so far everything is going great. My refund would go directly into my account and constant email notifications keep me informed, I would definitely recommend using Pets Best Insurance.
Excellent pet insurance
I researched pet insurance for weeks. Pets Best is what I carefully chose and i couldn't be happier. The claims process is very easy, I've never had any confusion on any claims, customer service is super easy to get in contact work, the customer service is consistent, the explanation of benefits is clear and easy to understand, my benefits and insurance plan is in the portal and very easy to find, overall i don't have a single complaint. It's been a great experience and I'm so glad i chose this insurance for my dog.

Healthy Paws is the best!
Healthy Paws really is the easiest pet insurance to have, and I recommend it to everyone I know. Not only do they provide great coverage, but claims are really easy to make and understand when the time comes. They've covered my cat, Luigi, into old age and to his eventual passing, and they currently cover my older Bernese Mountain Dog, Gunther. If I didn't have my pets covered with Healthy Paws, it would be so much harder to get them the care they need. I am forever thankful for the ease of use, and heartfelt messages checking up on my pets when there is a bigger health issue happening. Vets have jokingly told me to hold onto that remaining Healthy Paws policy with my life! And I will.

Easier Than I Could Have Imagined
My first time making a claim, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I feared it was going to be a long, complicated process. I was worried it would take forever and involve talking on the phone. I couldn't have been more wrong. The process was as simple as indicating where my cat received his care and uploading photos of my itemized bills. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes on my phone. A few days later, I got an approval email that was just as detailed as the itemized vet bill so I knew exactly how they came to the decision. It definitely made what was a stressful time emotionally and financially so much better.
Worst insurance ever
You can’t get anything preapproved. My dog had an accident in the fires. He had a really bad limp. We have had insurance 3 months now. They denied my dogs X-rays bc it was a ccl. How were we suppose to know. So basically they told me i had to wait 6 months. I get for the surgery but they should have covered the x ray. They said they wouldn’t cover it bc it was related to a ccl. Worst insurance ever

Pets Best - always excellent in all aspects
I regularly share with others Pets Best as a PSA - while I would have paid for my dog's life saving medical needs 4 years ago (16 days in ICU, blood transfusions and dialysis), Pets Best tremendously eased the financial burden it would have placed on me by exceeding my expectations reimbursement. Since then, PB has continued to be outstanding - easy to work with, fast, sets expectations, clear in explainations. Thank you!

This is our first experience with pet insurance. We could not be happier. Benefits and the claim process are very clear and can be done on my cell phone. They deposit my claim amount directly into my checking account and I am very pleased with the responsiveness and consistency
