Excellent client service.
Excellent client service. I have yet to make a claim... However, the rep was well informed, assisted me in getting started on my multiple claims, and assired me that if I have any questions along the way, I'm free to call the company 24/7! That's fantastic & compassionate service! processed..... of course the bottomline will be how the claims are processed. (I was informed about deductibles so there will be no surprises.)

I needed a question clarified.
I needed a question clarified. The question was that the veterinarian fill in the information and I was told by the veterinarian that they did not do that. So I called and you are employee was so helpful and said that no, the veterinarian did not have to fill in anything. She told me how to go about it. Very, very helpful
