story: "I've had Pets Best insurance for both of my Cavaliers for almost 3 yrs. It's amazing how fast the reimbursement process is accomplished. I have 2-3 claims a month bc one of my dogs has a heart condition. I've only had difficulty with one claim and that was because my Vet repeatedly neglected to send the information requested. Pets Best was in no way at fault for the difficulty and tried numerous times to get required information. I would choose this insurance over and over. They cover the conditions/issues they say they will. It really is the BEST!
Pets Best… best decision I ever made!
I honestly don't know what I would have done without Pets Best. As my three dogs have gotten older, there have been several tests, cancers and surgeries that have needed to take place. Having Pets Best insurance has been invaluable in allowing me to make the right decisions for my dogs, as well as enabling the best care for them as they age. In addition, the turnaround time on processing claims has gotten much faster! In most cases, I have already been reimbursed in time to make my credit card payment… which has been so appreciated. Thank you, Pets Best, for helping me care for my girls with the dignity they deserve in return for all the unconditional love they give! 🙏

"We got a new puppy last year and decided to get pet insurance just in case. Bowser got sick (coughing and vomiting). We had to take him to the vet where they kept him for 2 nights while running tests. It was super easy to submit the claim and heard back sooner than I expected with a detailed claim summary about what was covered, I'm very glad we decided to get the insurance and didn't have to worry about how bad the vet bill was going to be while we were worried about our sick fur baby being sick. "

I have been with Pets Best for many years and now with my second dog. I absolutely love them. Their customer service is wonderful and their ease of submitting claims on the app is great. All of my experiences with Pest Best have been easy and wonderful. I have never once had a complaint with any of their service.
Thankful for Pet’s Best
I am so thankful to have had Pet's Best insurance throughout my dog Maverick's IVDD journey. From the first signs of injury, through the surgical process and the following physical therapy treatments I never had to worry whether I could afford treatment. This was all due to having insurance I could rely on. Claims have been paid promptly which has relieved a great deal of stress. We can never thank you enough for enabling us to get the best care for Maverick so that he can live a happy, pain free life. My husband and I will continue to recommend Pet's Best to people we know with pets.

Highly Recommend; Great Customer Service
Healthy Paws response to claims is exceptional. Our submissions are reviewed, approved, with reimbursement deposited in our bank within days. Customer service has also routinely emailed us to follow-up on our pets' treatment and see how they are feeling/healing. Customer service is fantastic and it's clear we're more than a number. We are extremely grateful for our coverage and one less worry when dealing with our pet's illness. We routinely recommend Healthy Paws to friends and coworkers and will continue to use for all our future pets.

"The insurance worked just the way I had hoped it would. An emergency trip to the vet hospital after my dog ate half a bag of trail mix, 48 hours of treatment with fluids and observation: doggy had no symptoms and was never sick, I received a big bill but submitted and received reimbursement very quickly, no questions asked. I am recommending Pets Best to my pet owning friends. "

"Myself and my four legged son dog have been going through difficult time of our lives. Pets best really help us not only financially but emotionally. Thank you very much for your services and support. Without Pets Best my dog would have gone by now. I would recommend any pet’s owner get pet insurance through Pets Best. Quick reimbursements. Never any additional questions. They’ve covered over 10k worth of medical bills and never once questioned or denied anything. Highly recommend them as they are reliable and responsive and are the reason my dog is alive.
