Preexisting condition nonsense
My only two claims were inappropriately denied citing preexisting condition. My Vet disagreed with this finding and I had to file an appeal through my vets office. Very disappointed that Trupanion chose to dismiss my original claims instead of doing the right thing and applying towards my deductible. A brand new puppy doesnât show signs of a preexisting allergy. I sincerely hope my future experiences will be better or I will be canceling my policy and sharing my experienceâ¦
