Pets Best had our backs!
My beautiful girl had unknown health issues and Pets Best did not hesitate to reimburse me as we travelled to specialists and several vets for a plethora of tests. They were responsive to our claims and stood by our contract. I am thankful to have had them by our side. Our girl passed over the rainbow 🌈 bridge and they were immediate and kind in refunding the unused premium we paid. Thank you Pets Best, you made our search for an answer possible.

Love Met Life Pet Insurance
We’ve had Met Life 2 years or so, excellent experiences, easy online processing, claims reimbursed within a week or so , very important customer service is great . We’ve had several emergency room visits they were covered and Drs. Appointments , blood work and meds covered . I’d recommend MetLife 💯percent ..

Very Pleased with Healthy Paws!
Healthy Paws is the first/ only pet insurance we have ever used, so I can’t compare to others but we have been very happy over the past 7 years. Our dog recently had ACL surgery and the day after I submitted the claim It was approved and we were reimbursed our 80% soon after. The response time is quite fast and correspondence when needed has been pleasant and efficient. Very helpful with coverage for medicines, illnesses and injuries.

.10 years ago we added a German Shepherd to our family. 8 years ago we added Healthy Paws Insurance and have NEVER looked back. They have walked beside us through multiple injuries, surgeries and now cancer. Excellent communication, advice and lighting speed reimbursements. We’re in our end game now and we’re confident Healthy Paws will see us through the final 16 months. Without a doubt, we highly recommend Healthy Paws.

Don't use Trupanion
I completely agree with the other 1-star reviews. This company is nearly impossible to reach. I've spent over an hour just waiting on hold to speak with someone. While they offer a callback option, it’s not much help—you’re still stuck waiting since you don’t want to miss their call and start the process all over again. To make matters worse, they mishandled my cancellation and only issued a partial refund. The good news? There are other companies that offer better service at a lower price. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Terrible company
This is the worse insurance company I've ever had. They have terrible customer service, they take months to give you your money back from a claim and won't cancel you when you ask them to. I was fed up with their terrible customer service, and waiting months to get my claim money back, so I asked them on the phone in January to cancel my policy. They said they would and they sent me an email to submit a cancellation request. I filled it out and sent it back. In February I was charged $80 for my policy that should have already been cancelled. I call in to ask about it and the lady says, " Oh yeah that's so weird. It looks like that policy was cancelled but a new one was opened and that's why you were charged this month." I told her I cancelled my policy completely with y'all and nothing should be active. I never opened a new one. She said " I will make sure everything is cancelled and we will refund you that money." So they sent me another cancellation request email to fill out and I did. I've been waiting 5 days now to get money that was taken from me without approval. Which made me negative in my bank account because I didn't have $80 to spend in the first place. These people will be rude to you on the phone, not cancel your policy when you ask them to, not give you your money back for a claim until months later, and steal money from you without consent. Terrible company, terrible insurance, terrible customer service. 0 out of 10. Would not recommend to anyone. This company only cares about money, not you.

Everything so easy from beginning to end. Great explanation of what I was getting reimbursed for. So easy to submit claim. Very pleased.

PLEASE DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE! I have paid thousands in premiums for a very healthy 10 year old dog. They have only approved and reimbursed me a TOTAL OF $120! They have denied everything, even claimed her allergy shots and dental cleanings as "pre-existing", even though I have had my coverage with them for over 5 years, and her allergies just started a year ago. I also had wellness coverage with a $100 dental benefit. They denied this because she had plaque on her teeth, so they categorized it as an illness and not wellness. Isn't this why they get dental cleanings? To clean the plaque off? Absolutely ridiculous. They lured me in because of their affiliation with The Dodo, but they take complete advantage of people. They are a shameful company. I am so disappointed I wasted so much money with them before coming to my senses. From one pet lover to another, please, please, do not make the same mistake I did and give this company your money. Your pet would be much better served elsewhere.
