I don’t recommended ,all my claims was denied after a year of monthly payments. They try very hard to make any issues that the pet had in the past to connect with the present issue or future issues so your claim gets denied. Waste of money.

Best Decision!
It has been a hard year for us as pet parents. We lost one our sweet girls way too early and not 2 weeks later our other 2 got hit with a nasty upper respiratory infection. Pets Best has been absolutely wonderful! Filing my claims has been extremely easy and customer service is always kind and patient with my questions. When I had to call to remove our girl from the policy the rep was so compassionate, she made the process seamless and filled a hard moment with so much kindness. It's definitely a relief to have pet insurance but it's a blessing to have Pets Best!

Unexpected injuries happen all the time. Fortunately, having the right insurance on your side is the must. I am very pleased with the Pets Best insurance service that helped me a lot financially in my situation.

The client service was informative...I am still not sure if the price is worth it as we have a high deductible of $500 and may not make that this year and the rate may not offset the financial expense enough to warrant keeping this insurance. Granted if our dog(s) have a serious condition this would be a benefit. It was easy to submit claims once the customer rep explained to use the app. I am older so sometimes I don't like all the technology but their app is easy to use. The response on the claims was quick.

Within 24 hours of uploading my claim the money was in my bank! With all the stress and worries of a sick baby, having this quickly reimbursed was amazing. Wish medical insurance for humans was this fast and easy!

Trupanion is not the best at the starting gate, however once the deductibles have been applied to each malady they cover at 90%. Trupanion is most helpful when the pet ages and needs more medical attention.
