Dr. Osmand and Dr. Caja were instrumental in saving our cat's life. She had a serious infection during Thanksgiving that nearly took her, so having fantastic doctors who kept her alive is truly remarkable, especially during a holiday. Alexis, the technician who spent all day, every day, for 3 days, with her, was also amazing. She got her to play and, most importantly, eat. Finally, the receptionists were always kind and helpful, including Robin, whom we saw most often.

I can’t put into words how grateful I am for the incredible care my blue pit received, but I’ll try. Dr. Brue and Dr. Westberry are not just exceptional veterinarians, they are compassionate, attentive, and genuinely devoted to the animals they treat. From the very first moment, they made sure my dog was comfortable, safe, and cared for like family. Robin and Alexa were just as amazing. Their kindness, patience, and constant reassurance meant everything during a stressful time. They took the time to explain every detail, answered all my questions, and treated my fur baby with so much love and gentleness that it truly touched my heart. The entire team went above and beyond in ways I will never forget. It’s rare to find a place where skill, empathy, and dedication come together so beautifully. This is my second time taking one of my dogs in for emergency care. My 6 month old pup was presenting with Kennel Cough throughout the night and due to their availability I was able to call at 5am and have her seen by a doctor by 8:30am. They are very thorough and continue to provide clear and consistent care to my pets. Very grateful to have them as my vet team!
