I have had zero issues with MetLife Pet…
I have had zero issues with MetLife Pet Insurance. They handle all of my claims very quickly with no problems. When I have had to call customer service, they are very polite and answer all of my questions.

Reimbursement Issues
I have been re-imbursed the incorrect amount multiple times, and as a result I have been forced to physically mail a check back to MetLife. This is incredibly irritating, as I do not like mailing physical checks due to the safety risks. I should be able to send back the reimbursement via online as per every other modern insurance company allows.

Worst company ever
This is the worst pet insurance company I've ever had!! All lies!! They don't pay you back, they deny all claims, even if you send them all paperwork they require!!! Don't invest in this sham of a pathetic company. Go elsewhere, even if they charge more, it'll be in your best interest. As fetch should be closed down for failure to pay anyone back
