Amazing company!
I cannot begin to express the level of satisfaction and peace of mind that I have experienced with this wonderful company! After numerous very, very expensive hospitalizations, emergencies, and procedures for my dogs, they have seamlessly covered those claims within several days with no problems or pushback whatsoever. I recommend this company to everyone I know who is looking for pet insurance. They really do it right and do it very, very well! They also have a very caring attitude in their communications, which is comforting during these stressful times as well as through telephone communications.

The portal has been broken
The portal has been broken Since October 2025. Every time I open a claim there’s an error so I’ve had to email everything to submit my claims. I’ve called and spoken to numerous people and no one can tell me when it will be fixed. They don’t answer emails most of the time, there are so many delays. I’ve been a customer since 2020 and the experience used to be great. It’s terrible now.

It is easy to file the claims with Spot Pet. We had to euthanize our dog Max last month and they sent a beautiful sympathy email and also cancelled his insurance without my having to ask. They also called and said how sorry they were that our dog passed.
