NOT a Smooth Transition from PC Pet Insurance

We were sadly transferred from PC Pet Insurance to Pets Plus Us and there's a huge difference between the two. My vet has sent a number of claims over the past few months, but I've only heard back from Pets Plus Us 3 times. However, the biggest issue for me is that there is no way to access your account online. I don't mind if reimbursements take some time, but in 2019, I'd expect to be able to see my claims and reimbursements online. Disappointed and shopping for a different insurance company :( ...
