Filing claims is very frustrating
Filing claims is very frustrating. I always have to submit the same documents up to literally 5 times! When I call they look at them and clear them but a couple days later they send an e-mail requesting it again. They close larger claims to pay out smaller in hopes you don’t max your coverage. This was my second year and most likely my last.

The Spot Advantage...
Spot Pet Insurance was my first choice for my dog. Their coverage is great and helps when you are on a limited income. Their website is very easy to use, and their response time is outstanding.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Without any claims in my first year, my pricing went up over 30% the next year. I have filed complaints over and over again. They keep telling me to change my deductible. Why should I? I'm now paying over $320 a month which I can't afford. Had I known this would happen I would have just put money away myself. They are criminals!

The insurance coverage is fantastic
The insurance coverage is fantastic. I just wish the claim reimbursement would come back a bit faster. I pay with a credit card due to the high cost of vets bills. I would like to put the money back onto the card as quickly as possible. Again, the coverage is fantastic.

My oldest Sheltie crossed Rainbow…
My oldest Sheltie crossed Rainbow Bridge unexpectedly. The customer service representative I talked with was extremely help and respectful. She answer my questions and took care of my issues. A few weeks later I received a great biodegradable card with embedded wildflower seeds that I can cut into strips to plant in memory of my sweet boy. What a wonderful gesture. ❤️
