My dog had an emergency room visit…
My dog had an emergency room visit because part of a wooden deck got impaled in her paw and it was quickly infected. The ER sent paperwork, my vet for her follow-up sent paperwork. I got copies of the paperwork and submitted them myself and I was told they couldn't reimburse because we didn't send the paperwork. If I have to work that hard and still get no coverage, I'm not interested.

Laura went above and beyond reviewing all previous documents that we submitted making sure everything was in order.
