Excellent customer service
Hilda was phenomenal helping me complete a claim. My vet had combined our 2 pets on the invoice and when I submitted I completed confused the processing team. Hilda was able to rectify the situation and resubmit so that our reimbursement would be on the way soon. Thank-you Hilda!

The company was straightforward as to what was and was not covered; gave me a good feeling about them. And their website was easy to navigate, always a plus. I'm hoping, of course, that we don't actually have to use their services.

Great insurance plan
I just recently purchased insurance for my puppy and I honesty wasn't sure if it was even worth it. But after my first vet visit and I put my claim in and I was very surprised to get money back from my visit to the vet. So far they are the best that I've had.
