never got a claim reimbursed all they did was hassle my vet so she didn't want to keep answering them, they 4 x asked for an invoice, which she sent, then they wanted dr. notes, etc as of today, two months later, nothing, my vet said other insurance did not hassle this was the only one

With the app it is easy to input and track claim status. The initial claim took about 4 weeks, as they researched my Dogs health history, but subseuent claims are processed in as few as a couple of days and direct deposited to my checking account.

Claims very easy to submit. It was quickly approved, and funds were transferred to my bank account. Website is very easy to navigate and information is very well laid out for what was approved and for how much. Very happy with my choice of provider amongst the options available.
