Embrace Makes Everything Easy
Embrace makes it easy to file a claim online. About 45 minutes after I filed my claim I received notification that it was approved. Because I signed up for direct deposit the money will go to my bank. I also spoke to a representative to recover my account and he was fantastic.

I was happy with the speed once all documents were provided. There was a small delay because more records were requested, but once that happened I was able to get my reimbursement quickly. We've had this service for years and it came through when our baby had an emergency.

Embrace has been such a life saver
Embrace has been such a life saver! From multiple surprise ER visits to a diagnosis of hip dysplasia at under a year old, to random tests, Embrace has been there for us. Our dog would, without a doubt, not be receiving the same level of veterinary care if not for the coverage provided by Embrace. We don’t have the wellness rewards so we pay for routine things out of pocket, but for all the extra stuff, Embrace has covered our claims and been quick to process our refunds. We once got our ~$900 emergency vet visit refund in less than 2 days after we submitted it. Once we were having issues receiving our refund (because we changed bank accounts and didn’t realize) and customer service was so kind and helpful and got things processed quickly. It’s so nice to know we don’t have to make the choice between saving money and getting our dog the treatments she needs. Also having access to the 24 hour vet chat is such a source of relief when we’re questioning something with our dog. I recommend Embrace to any dog owner and really recommend getting coverage started as soon as you get your dog. I’ve been a customer for almost 4 years, with one dog, and plan to use Embrace to cover all future cats or dogs in my family. Thank you Embrace!

My experience with Embrace
I am very unhappy with EMBRACE. I thought I would get caring, helpful responses and I received the opposite. EMBRACE REFUSED ANY OF MY CLAIMS. They stated my dog's elevated liver enzymes were a pre-existing condition. However, even after my vet attested that there could be many causes for those results, Embrace did nothing to help me with my $3500. vet bills. I cancelled my policy.

Prompt, transparent and fair
Pumpkin makes the submission of claims transparent. They notify you immediately that your submission has been received. They review the submissions quickly, usually within a couple of weeks and send you notification of the decision, which is well documented and very fair. They then electronically deposit your reimbursement into your bank account within a couple of days.

The knock I have on Embrace is their…
The knock I have on Embrace is their system of getting and acknowledging records that have been sent. They had everything they needed to approve and didn't realize it until I called. That call was handled very well by Milton(?) and confirmed reciept and they'd go to work on the claims. And they certainly did respond fast and approved what was in the system. Overall, shy of how the records were handled, I'm very satisfied about Embrace and would recommend them to pet owners.
