Raleigh - first claim

Very helpful once I finally got an agent on line. I tried several times to contact you on 8/21/23 to no avail. I kept hearing recordings which indicated I was pet parent #58 in line.

Don't bother, they won't cover

Called to initiate coverage after adopting a puppy. CS agent was very rude, telling me that my coverage would not cover any pre existing condition in the puppy. I said I just wanted to start because I was taking her to the vet the next day for a wellness check and wanted to make sure the coverage started (this coverage came "free" with the adoption). She said it would in 24 hours. They actually didn't start it for 48 hours and my puppy ended up having an intestinal parasite, then developing kennel cough, then passing away within a month. They said that because the coverage started "after symptoms" she wouldn't be covered. Such an awful experience for our whole family. This is just another insurance company like US health insurance where their goal is to collect premiums and then deny as much as possible.

Horrible customer care. It takes a month to get reimbursement and they don’t seem to care about your needs.

Horrible - takes over a month for any reimbursement. Their customer service is horrible. They seem to not care at all about their customers. No one seems to want to answer questions or assist either claims.

I get a different story every time I call there, I don't think I have received the same answer once, I have been told to go to the pothole, I have been told to to two different email addesses, I know I submitted at least once because I received a rejection letter, the reason for the rejection was I did not include invoice; I found that email and I absolutely included. I am over this, it is only a $100 invoice that doesn't even cover half my deductible. Is the MO there to just break people down or is your staff just poorly trained. I would like precise concise directions sent my email from someone in the know.....extremely frustrated with you people

Paid over $140/month for 15 years

Dog in great shape, blood work great just can't see or hear. Wanted to give her at least her site. Rat Terriers can live to 22 years. Didn't cover meds, cataract surgery (was eligible) but won't confirm they would pay the bill, $2500/eye. Couldn't risk paying out of pocket. don't know if I would use them again.
