Pets Best in the most responsive and expeditious insurance company we have had for our pet. Our dog was diagnosed with a serious heart condition and Pets Best has been there for us every step of the way. Without their prompt payments and support, we would not have been able to afford the expensive medications and treatment needed for our dog. I will never have a pet without having Pets Best watching our backs. Exactly what I pay for. My service dog got sick, spent a week in hospital, needed medication, needed a blood transfusion from a live donor. I submitted my claim, received the 'up to 30 days' response. Two days later, my claim was approved and I had check in hand a week later. No muss, no fuss, no stress. I got to focus on my puppy without worrying if I would be able to make rent. Two months salary spent on her medical bills, and no delay paying any of my bills. I am so thankful Embrace was part of our support system.
