Avoid ! Horrible company with deceptive policies that only benefit them. Three years back I got fetch insurance for my 8 week old perfectly healthy puppy. After 3 years no claim was ever submitted and still they increased the premium by $20 extra per month. On my query they informed they increased the premiums because the puppy is now 3 yrs and getting old. Fetch policy is: They increase the premium when you submit a claim They increase the premiums when you don’t submit a claim .. on the ridiculous logic that the puppy is 3 yrs and getting old. No matter the policy and all terms and conditions are the same. They are thieves and their only focus is to extort from consumers as much as they can. I feel stuck and trapped with this situation. The amounts of premiums I paid since last over three years without any claims has no benefit and consideration. This policy is so wrong and only benefits them with every excuse to increase premiums every passing year. This is a whole mafia of veterinary clinics, pet insurance and pet food.

Quality Pet Insurance
Solid pet insurance. The claims process has always been easy and claim payments occur quickly with direct deposit into my account. The only thing I would like to see improved is the wellness benefits. It would be great to have a set amount per year that can be used on any wellness services, the exam fee and vaccination benefits don't even cover 1/2 of the out-of-pocket costs while other benefits will never be utilized.
