Don’t buy..waste of money and time
Waste of money. It took over 2 months for them to review and close my claims which neither was paid. I was cc’d on several emails where Embrace tried to contact the emergency vet my pet visited. They only sent emails and never tried to call the business directly. I got tired of receiving these daily emails and had to reach out to the vet myself to get the missing information. Embrace is not a proactive insurance company. They also decided to decline my claims due to pre-existing conditions that were indirectly related to the issue my dog was treated for. Do Not Waste Your Money.

I've been with Pumpkin Pet insurance for many years and did a lot of research and found them to offer the best coverage. Claims are paid pretty fast. I highly recommend them!

Better than others
Pricing is better than others after my research and analysis. But pet insurance coverage, overall, is not what it used to be. The days of 90% coverage for the entire bill are gone. Nowadays, it’s like co-pays. Customer service is ok too.

Three of my claims have have just been sitting…
Three of my claims have have just been sitting in the Embrace system and they say "Pending Medical Records" even though these records have been sent by email and also uploaded into my documents online. There was absolutely nothing missing from the documents sent. My dog's prior medical history was even sent by our vet in July and Embrace seem to have lost it. That experience with Embrace was terrible. UPDATE: Fortunately, the claims were finally processed and they seem to process them faster now.
