We had Nationwide pet insurance on our last dog, who unfortunately passed in July. When we got our new puppy we didn’t think twice about going back. It was easy to compare policies & easy to sign up.

I have never had to put a claim in until the last 8 months which totalled two claims. I am very impressed with customer service because on my first claim I need assistance. I put the second claim in early this week and it has been processed already. So far I have had an excellent experience.

Spot Insurance has been wonderful
Spot Insurance has been wonderful! I never imagined it would need to use it but lo and behold when my pup was diagnosed with luxating patellas his X-rays and surgery claims were processed in less than a week. Even if though we maxed out our annual benefit and only covered half the cost, the service and quick turn around were greatly appreciated and unexpectedly quick! Thank you!
