Vet sent surgical bill three times. On the fourth try they had to sit on the phone and make sure ASPCA registered the bill! Still have not been reimbursed and I bought the most expensive policy from them. Sent very few claims in the last two years

I cannot convey my appreciation enough for the level of customer service and thoughtfulness displayed by the Healthy Paws team. The claim process is absolutely seemless, but it’s not about the money here... Healthy Paws actually genuily cares about your pet and their well-being. I can not recommend them enough!

Our dog was diagnosed with a malignant tumor. The holistic vet recommended surgery and supplements for recovery and making the immune system stronger. It was expensive and that is a concern for us, but Trupanion made it easy to go ahead and do the procedure and follow up with the care he will need. I used their pre-approval method so I knew in advance what they would pay for. We were worried about our dog's health and luckily not about the finances. I have heard how hard it is for people who have difficult diagnosis and I wish human health insurance was as good as Trupanion is for our pet.

I submitted a claim to Healthy Paws for double Cherry eye surgery that my pup, Cluny Brown had. I submitted the claim and a couple of weeks later the claim was approved. Days later, the money was direct deposited into my account. We received the full amount we were expecting. It was such an easy process.

Everyone is so helpful and compassionate.

I chose the new deductible we wanted on the website, it sent me documents with the incorrect one, had to call and fix it. Was frustrated with a $35 fee (allegedly to create an account?) which is absurd when we already had the account set up from our cat's shelter trial.
