Every contact is easy. Questions always answered without issue. Prompt in working on claims. Patrick who I spoke with last week was a doll! He was kind and patient and went above and beyond to help me. I enjoyed our chat about our chubby puppies :)

Pet insurance a blessing named Trupanion
Am so very grateful that I have Trupanion for my "Maggie". From customer service to filing a claim I have never had any issue and am always shown concern and compassion for whatever is needed. I encourage anyone having a pet to have insurance and if given to opportunity to make a recommendation I always recommend Trupanion. They are the best!!
