Our Saint Bernard suffered a heat stroke in mid August. We were lucky we had Healthy Paws insurance. Without it, we would not had been able to pay all of the expenses associated with her treatment. All you have to do to submit a claim is go online or use their app, upload the receipts and records what was done, and medical history. After submitting all of the paperwork, it took only about 2 weeks to get the reimbursement into our account via direct deposit. We had a few questions through out this process and always got answers via phone- loved the customer service. I highly recommend this insurance.

I have two large dogs that are insured through ASPCA. We have had the insurance for several years now and it has been a life saver. It has meant that we don't have to worry about cost when something happens to the dogs. Filing a claim is so easy and the payment is quick and easily understood. I am so happy we have insurance through them and will continue to purchase it in the future.

My dog, Rosie, has had several health issues in the last couple of months. This was our first experience with our newly acquired insurance through Embrace. We have had Embrace for several years and can tell you it pays for itself. We have always been very happy with the service and their attitudes. We have had a major surgery for one of our dogs and had multiple accidents covered with no issues on reimbursement. We will continue to cover our dogs as long as they live.

We are very happy with this pet insurance. The claims process is simple and quick, and they cover what they say they will cover. We have had four dogs in our household insured for the last 4-5 yrs and have had numerous claims, the last one being for emergency surgery costing over $2,400 which was covered at 90% after $100 deductible. They have great customer service and I think they really care about our pets. If only insurance for people worked this way the world would be a better place. Thank you Healthy Paws!

I absolutely love that I can submit my pets claims online and attach a photo of the vet bill and that claims are direct deposited into our checking account...so much easier and faster than having to mail in! "
