I asked everyone I know with pet insurance to tell me about their coverage, and everyone with Embrace was happy without any complaints, that goes for us as well. We love Embrace Insurance. It's easy to sign up, they have great insurance package options, it's easy to edit online, it's even easier to submit claims, they process claims quickly and without complications, and they have AMAZING customer service. I'm so glad I opted for pet insurance (my pup is pretty mischief) and even more grateful that I chose Embrace.

Embrace is the most user-friendly insurance company that I’ve dealt with. I know that when I submit a claim it will receive a fair and quick evaluation.

I have two dogs insured with Embrace - my puppy, Cooper and my older dog, Vito. Both have had claims that were denied. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is less expensive to just pay vet bills (including emergencies) than to pay for this insurance PLUS vet bills, because they don't agree to cover anything. They are a typical insurance company - deny any claims they possibly can to save a penny.

We have had ASPCA pet insurance since my spaniels came to me in 2011. Recently, my boy Triton got into a dead, rotten rabbit and went into gastric distress. After 24 hours on IV fluids and two sets of x-rays, he was released back home and recovered in a few days to his normal happy self. Within about 4 days of filing the claim, ASPCA deposited the appropriate insurance reimbursement into my account. As always, they called to check on my dog. Their service is timely, claims are easy to file online, and their considerate staff makes me feel like a valued customer. I encourage other pet parents to maintain insurance on their pets and I highly recommend ASPCA.

My dog ingested gum, and had to rush to emergency, so there is an exam fee. I was unhappy that it was not covered. It was an emergency.

I have a small fur baby who has had problems with her kidneys and if it wasn't for trupanion I don't know what we would have been able to do. She is alive and staying sweet because we have trupanion on our side. Just being able to know that we can pay for her care and not have to worry about where the next money was going to come from, trupanion pays out quickly so we are never alone on where our money is so we can stop worrying about the money and pay more time with our little one.

I have been a Healthy Paws member since 2013 and a pet insurance holder for over 10 years. I switched to Healthy Paws from one of the more well-known Pet Insurance companies because I was not getting the customer service that I wanted. After doing a lot of research I chose Healthy Paws because of price, good reviews and above all because of their life time-no limit on pay-outs. You are also able to choose the coverage level and deductible that works for you. Since that time, I have used their services on numerous occasions. Not a good thing for my pets but a great thing for my wallet. That aspect takes the worry off the pet parents and lets us just worry about getting our fur babies healthy. The customer service and fast turnaround of claims is top notch. The website is very user friendly and the ease of filing claims online is great. They make a point to be personable and really do care about our furry friends. This company does it right and I would highly recommend them.
