Not User Friendly
It’s a clunky and time - consuming process. I hate it and will not be using Pets Best again. Your claim numbers should reflect the claim amount. Your acknowledgment and follow up letters need more specificity.

My premium went up over $40
My premium went up over $40. When I called to cancel my policy there wasn’t an attempt to retain my business. We have been fortunate and not really had any claims in the past three years outside of routine that visits for vaccinations I would strongly urge people not to sign up for routine medical care.
