I've had a few claims over the past 11 years I've had aspca pet insurance and never had any problems. I get reimbursed right away. Their customer service is excellent. When I had to put down my beloved Buttons all of her aftercare was covered. Even cremation. And aspca pet insurance called to check on me.

My German Shepherd Walter has polyarthritis which is very painful for him. The medication that he takes is very expensive but is the best possible option for him. Other medications that he could take would have serious side effects. Without pets best I would not be able to provide Walter with the best possible care. I am so thankful that I I am with pets best. I have pets best for all of my dogs and always recommend to my friends and family and fellow animal lovers that they get pets best as well."

I recently took my dog into the vet for lethargy where he was diagnosed with a heart murmur. First time he has had to be to the vet in years. They diagnosed him right then and starting him on meds. Because I didn't take him in to be seen before the had an issue they classified this as a "pre-existing" issue and will not cover any of the meds, services, ect. So I pay a monthly premium on him for NOTHING since I didn't have him looked at before he got sick. This is a scam to get your monthly payment and then not cover anything. My other dog had to get a ortho scan done and I had it done and then one month to the day I was told I had to do it again cause they rewrote my other dogs policy. So they wanted me to go back to the vet, pay another $68 to have the same exam I had just had done one month earlier. I don't recommend this company and will make sure to put this out all over social media. To all my friends and dog clients.

Having been parents to two other fur babies prior, we experienced the pinch of having to pay out of pocket for each and every boo-boo. This go around, we found ASPCA Pet Insurance and decided to cover our pups. Even though our youngest is just 6 months old, he has already had a big injury. He romped too hard with his older sister and broke his front toe. We were grateful to have coverage as it was a lengthy and expensive 6 weeks of treatments (numerous splints, meds and collars). It was a relief to know his repeat visits to the vet all fell under the same incident with just one deductible. He's made a 100% recovery and while we hope not to have any repeat visits to the vet, we feel at ease knowing coverage exists. We will continue to have this insurance for all of our four legged family members. Can't say enough good things about ASPCA Pet Insurance.

After my 12 year old Golden passed away and one day of vet bills ran about $1500, I decided to get pet insurance for my elderly cat. My dog was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer that I would not have been able to afford treatment for without this insurance. Thus far my experience with Embrace has been positive - they cover exactly what they say they will, according to the actual vet's bills (not judged against an "allowable cost" metric). The communication between my vet and Embrace has been slow, but once Embrace received the information they were prompt and good with explaining the math for deductibles and rates accurately. I expect that now that the initial diagnosis and medical history has been processed, the other treatments for his cancer will be processed much faster.

During this stressful time Trupanion worked with my vet to get the bills settled as they were stacking up to around $10,000. They preapproved claims and called me with status updates. All I did was submit the papers. True to their word my bills have been taken care of per my policy. As a young adult still in college I couldn't have afforded this without Trupanion. After the surgery we discovered my dog has cancer and Trupaion is still there to assist me during this difficult time. Thank goodness I chose Trupanion. You can't beat their customer service and dedication.
