I can't gush enough about the quality of the service that Embrace provides. Getting a large dog, I made sure that I purchased pet insurance early due to a load of hereditary issues. Unfortunately, Mason presented with epilepsy and has needed multiple hospitalizations and medication changes. Embrace has been with me throughout the entire process and is a literal Godsend! I would never have been able to afford the medications or the hospitalizations without them. They never questioned what was being done for Mason or any other issues. This is by far the easiest insurance company I have ever dealt with. They are fair, fast and very thorough.

Insurance is high but at pets best they try to help with rebates as much as possible.

Our monthly plan is affordable and when it's really needed helps so very much. We have a giant furbaby, Great Dane, and at the age of 8 still acts like a puppy but sometimes we forget how old he is. When we had to rush him to the ER the bill was not small, but within days after his release we got our claim processed and more than 75% covered. We don't have much and this back up measure helps us care for our puppy as well as our finances.

We thoroughly researched all of the pet insurance companies and found Healthy Paws to be the best choice for us. The biggest selling points for us was that the deductible is annual (not per incident), and that the maximum payout is unlimited annually and lifetime. Like most pet parents, we took out insurance as we never wanted to have to choose between our dog’s health and finances. We hoped we would never have to use it, but in the almost 5 months Dixie has been home with us, we have had to use it multiple times. She has had giardia, surgery to remove a baby tooth that broke off at the gumline, and 2 surgeries for what we thought was a puncture wound that ended up being a dermoid sinus tract that went thru and under her nasal bone. Quite a lot to go thru for a puppy who is only 6 ½ months old. All of her claims have been paid promptly with no questions asked (unlike human insurance which always seems to be a fight to get them to pay for anything). Their customer service is outstanding. It was stressful enough watching her go thru all of these procedures, and it was nice not to have to worry about the financial end of it. It is such a nice touch that they followed up after her last major surgery to check on her. We recommend Healthy Paws to any of our friends who ask about insurance for their pets and we will only use them for our pets.

Embrace is great. Filing is very easy with a pre-filled form the vet submits. They send me emails with updates on the status of my claims and send me the check promptly. It is very comforting to know exactly what my dog's medical expenses will be for the year.

We just received another quick and extremely satisfactory no-hassle response from Pets Best for reimbursement of expenses incurred for treatment resulting from excessive calcium in our cat's system.

Pets Best is one of the best decisions I have made on behalf of my dogs - my German Shepherd was recently diagnosed with Immune Mediated Polyarthritis, a disease that seems to be relatively simple to manage but was very complex and expensive to diagnose. Many x-rays, joint-taps, and anti-inflammatory trials later, we had a diagnosis and my boy has been making great progress. I don't think I would have been able to pursue a diagnosis without the help and security of Pets Best insurance. They lived up to every promise and have been fast to process my claims and are true to the policy that I signed up for. Thank you Pets Best, you are amazing!
