Our dog was recently on a walk in the woods where she got impaled on a stick through the chest. There have been several times where we questioned if she was going to make it or if we had to say good bye to our favorite dog. Fortunately she has been able to pull through and thanks to our pet insurance we have been able to financially provide the care our dog has needed. Without pet insurance and the timely manner that our money has been reimbursed, the financial burden that we would have faced might have gone beyond the care we could have afforded for our girl. We are very grateful for pet insurance and grateful at the ease in which we have been able to file the claim and receive the reimbursement.

You have to have insurance on your furry friends and Pets best Insurance is excellent so don’t wait. Get it as soon as you get your new family member. I highly recommend this company.

One month into my policy some customer service representative cancelled our policy - despite taking our money and rejecting claims for our puppy. We chose the highest level of cover for her. Got fantastic care from Hebron Hospital. After spending over $900 on final bill, I filed the claim and after 4 weeks of no responses I get my payment of $126, and $15. Biggest rip off in the world. After paying $117 a month for over 2 years. CON ARTISTS.
