Happy
This time there was no issue with getting reimbursed for some of the out of pocket money I spent on my fur baby. This time everything went smooth. In the past I felt beat down and buried in paperwork and kept getting NO for an answer.

Claims easy/premiums expensive
Premiums went from $370+/- to $799 in one year so next year will be my deciding year whether we continue with Pets Best. Claims process easy but simply getting too expensive

Claim processing
I was very impressed on how fast Pet Best processed my claim.
This isn’t what they promised
It seems this company will find any excuse to deny your claim if you sign up with them any time after your very first vet appointment. They will deny the claim and say the symptoms were experienced before the plan took effect. Don’t do it.
