First claim for Daisy
I submitted my first claim for my Shih Tzu Daisy’s vet appointment. It was very easy to upload on the app. Within a couple days we had the claim money in our bank account. We will continue to renew this policy every year.

Everything was great until my 2 cats…
Everything was great until my 2 cats got older. As soon as one of my cats turned 15 they increased the premium by $100 on him. So beware! the premium starts off low then they will drastically increase it! It's like a scam! My cat is a healthy cat with no issues whatsoever, and we've just been giving them money for 15 years with barely any usage. Now I'm paying $250/month, which is insane for a cat health insurance.

My cat broke his hip and required surgery. I was worried the insurance process might be complicated or difficult. However Spot processed my reimbursement in a week. I just did a simple online form with my receipts. Spot requested the records. My reimbursement was direct deposited all in about a week. I was pleasantly surprised!

I want to sincerely thank Embrace for making a very stressful time much more manageable. My dog became extremely ill and had to be hospitalized, and the last thing I needed was a complicated claims process. Thankfully, submitting my claim was quick and easy. Every time I contacted customer service, they were polite, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Horrible. The customer service on the phone is pleasant and helpful. I specifically took screenshots of every steps I did when insuring my dog. Later when I logged in, I see they have changed the DOB and said she is not neutered. When I called, customer service was pleasant and said she has to pass it to another department. I got an email back that they can’t change DOB. Although the difference between what actual Birthday and what they had put on her records was 3 months.
