Once we found out the required documentation the claim was handled quickly. It was necessary for a blood draw before surgery, it would have been good to cover at least part of that.

I was honestly surprised that they accepted my claim in 2 invoices, which had to be done that way re: surgery, (dental). I sent it in with the Dr. notes and within 24 hrs received an email claim was accepted with the amount they would pay and within 24-48 hrs it was in my account. I had both bills myself. My only concern is, now that I've put a claim in, I'm m sure my pets monthly payment will Increase drastically on her birthday
