The representative I spoke worked with “Manny” was the most profession yet personal representatives I’ve had the honor to work with. He understood my anxiety and helped guide me through the entire pet insurance procedure. I felt that he had my entire pet insurance taken care of. He cares!!!!

I'm not particularly enjoying it so 3 feels generous... I got this insurance through a rescue, so it's kind of odd I keep getting asked for soap notes from before that because he's only been to this one vet since I've adopted him. I can't provide soap notes from before that, so I'll submit all this stuff (including that vet's soap notes) and I get an email saying "submit soap notes!" well i did submit them for the claims and you know i got this insurance through Retriever Rescue? that part's a bit annoying. I didn't even include the prescription invoices for the meds i had to pay for... there should be an option "is this your first vet visit ever?" as that's the only explanation i can think of for getting asked for soap notes when i already submitted them.
