Truthfully the best pet insurance i’ve ever had and at a time when I had gotten to the point where i felt it’s not worth having insurance. They’re very transparent, clear and great with communication. I’d say rather quick with the reimbursement. Also I just lost my baby and I appreciate that they emailed me that they’d be terminating his policy and reimbursing me for the month I paid which he wouldn’t need coverage for. It sounds silly but in my grief even the thought of cancelling a service he was using was a little heartbreaking. 10/10 would recommend

Was NOT told there are 2 different policies, and went to turn in claim and was then informed, I didn't have that policy after paying on it for a year !!! Make sure you know exactly what you're getting
