The worst pet insurance out there
The worst pet insurance out there. I called prior to getting the insurance and asked if teeth cleaning was covered and they said yes with the added wellness plan. I trusted their word and now they do not want to cover the cleaning because my vet put periodontal disease. I understand that prior illness is not covered but I spoke with my vet and confirmed it was a cleaning only and those words are added there to prevent periodontal disease. I have been going back and forth between the insurance and my vet, since this is an actual cleaning and not a prior illness. I believe no one should go through this exhausting process. I had to file appeal and they denied it. I do not recommend this insurance as it has many problems

Fast and easy — literally didn't have to think about it.
We just got a puppy and purchased the wellness plan in addition to the base policy, knowing that we'd have wellness checks, vaccines, and all the other puppy stuff. After our wellness visit, we submitted our bill through the app, and even though it was at night on a weekend, our claim was approved by the time we woke up. Payment was pretty much instant too — it was available to send to my Venmo when the claim was approved. Fast and easy — literally didn't have to think about it.
