Happy fur daddy
When I Axel four years ago, I enrolled in Pets best pet insurance and have been extremely happy with the way they handle axles wellness visits in inoculations. The claims process is fast and easy to do and it dealt with extreme care and courtesy. Thank you for all you do and I will continue to use Pets Best pet insurance in the future.
Healthy Paws For the Win!
We have had Healthy Paws for our dog since we adopted him from the humane society when he was just a puppy. We decided to get insurance for him after the amount of money we spent on our first two adopted dogs toward the end of their lives. We figured one catastrophic event is all it would take to make it worth our while. We were correct! The first few years of his life we did not even meet the deductible - which was fine, that meant we had a healthy boy on our hands. Recently Lemmy (our dog) developed a limp that would not go away. We discovered he had a torn cruciate ligament in his knee. I did not do any calling ahead of time to make sure it was covered - which had me nervous. No need to be - Healthy Paws covered 80% of the surgery (minus our deductible) and all costs associated with it - except the exam - which is the plan we are signed up for. The premium has risen slightly every year with age, but that is to be expected. We love Healthy Paws!
Fast claim reimbursement
Our dog recently dislocated her hip and the vet visits were numerous and expensive. Healthy paws was quick to complete the claims and send us our reimbursements.

Spot Insurance is a must have! 10/10
I wholeheartedly recommend Spot Pet Insurance for each of your beloved pets! The claims process is done through their app and reviewed quickly as long as you submit the appropriate paperwork. Usually, you just submit an itemized receipt from the vet along with the veterinarian's notes. I hit my deductible this year and was reimbursed for subsequent visits/procedures according to the contract. 10/10!

I haven been trying to sign into my account to see what I purchased but they do not answer the phone. They have instructions what to do if unable to sign in but it does not work. I did get someone once and he said he will send me a fake sign in word and then change it to my one. The problem his “Embrase123” would not open up the sign and says Rejected. I tried hiding it over and over but the site is messed up. Called over the last 3 days and called today and of course a woman announces that they are closed on MLK holiday and hung up. They are a lot of competitive pet insurances around running for the same cost and I am sure they will be happy to talk to. I not seen nothing from Embrace to make me feel like it is the special place for my Gracie.

Again--not a zero star allowed
Again--not a zero star allowed. My claim has not taken the 10-15 days they advertised. I called in (cause chat is a joke) and she said it was all fine. Now I get a message that says something is missing--WHAT IS MISSING--you cut off the statement and I have no idea. I am seeing all these negative comments and believe I will need to change companies. Thank goodness my dog is young and I can find another company. They can't even communicate via email---really????
