Extremely Disappointed
I was extremely disappointed that Embrace did not cover my cat, Leo's, emergency room visit this past December. Embrace claimed it was a pre-existing condition. Leo had impacted feces and was treated with a laxative - it was a much different ailment than he had earlier - one and half years ago! Previously, "formed feces not present." Gastroenteritis is an umbrella term covering many types of stomach/colon/bowel distress.

I think that all the preventative costs…
I think that all the preventative costs should count for at least some of the deductible. The dogs could be sick from not doing those things and you cover sickness right? I thought that after the deductible was filled, you paid 80%. I received about 171.00. That isn’t 80% of the remaining 289.00. Can you explain please?

Rowdy’s obstruction & healing
My dog, Rowdy, had a partial obstruction in his bowels, so It was a very stressful time for me; fetch communicated my claim status, and paid my claims in a timely manner. It was very reassuring to know that if anything else happens to my dog, I have fetch to help me out.

Pets Plus Us is AMAZING
Where do I even begin. It’s been the best investment into my dogs health. It’s allowed us to have the necessary diagnostics continuously done to give my beloved dog the best care possible. And my dog has multiple conditions that require constant monitoring and diagnostics. Thankful beyond words for the insurance you provide.

So happy they covered most of a surgery…
So happy they covered most of a surgery for my dog that would have been 8K. Their claim submitting process is really easy through the app. The app does sometimes crash though. They respond to your claim in a timely manner and the new direct deposit made it much faster to get your reimbursement. The monthly payment does seem to get pretty high after your dog is over 10 years old which is why they lose 1 star. But overall I'm really happy with Embrace and have been recommending it to everyone.

Important peculiarity.
If you consider to deal with Embrace, keep in mind my more than 3 years experience with the company: 1) all your wellness claims like vaccination, grooming, etc. (hundred(s) dollars) will be paid very quickly and in full; 2) all your substantial claims related with an illness, trauma, etc. (thousands dollars) will be declined with references to pe-existing conditions which formulated very creatively.

Total scam
Total scam. The other reviews here must have been auto generated. Does not give you policy before you buy. You put in credit card and they charge it right away - without registering pet or give you any policy details. As others have noted, they also deny everything and say everything is pre condition. they can do that because they dont offer any legal policy contract. Scam .
