Dropped us and wouldn't reinstate because of age of dogs and living in California. Spoke with managers, non-negotiable despite having this insurance for 2 dogs for years and had never submitted a single claim. So don't even bother with this company.

I have to say. When you sign up for pet insurance, we are mostly all skeptical. Our big boxer boy, Lincoln, has had to have two life saving surgeries. Both non related. When you are getting that type of news with your pet, you will do everything to save them. Then you hear how much it will cost. Most families have to decline to save their family pets because it’s just simply unaffordable. THANK GOD FOR FETCH! BOTH times, fetch was so swift to get our paperwork, so they could get started on it right away. In the back of my mind, I’m like here we go…. Something will happen, some fine print and insurance won’t help. I was completely wrong. I’ve already gotten two family members to sign up. To put it in perspective. Link had surgery about 9 days ago. Money is already deposited, covering his surgery. Both life saving surgeries were treated the same way. Thank you Fetch. More importantly, thank you to the immense empathy from customer service when you are in this situation. You can upload everything through the app. But I did have to call one time, could barely speak from being so upset about Lincoln, and the lady who helped me over the phone made it to where I barely had to speak. I wish I knew her name. She carried the weight of the questions I had and I will forever be grateful for her. We have 4 dogs and they ALL have insurance through Fetch. I’m blown away by their speed and care.

Not getting what we pay for anymore
We've been using Embrace for years and what used to be top tier service has significantly degraded. The website has issues, the call service is always overloaded, and I feel like they're more willing to fight us on coverage. This is one of (if not the) most expensive pet insurances out there and I once justified it by everything it offers but that seems to be changing.
