Rebecca was so helpful. I was having a hard time finding new pet insurance for my furbabies, but she went over everything with me and found me something I could afford and give my babies what they needed. She was so kind, caring, worried about my babies and went to great lengths to make my feel comfortable with my payments. She called me, how great is that? We talked for over an hour, discussing furbabies and finding me the best policies. I loved talking to her. She's great! The best! So thank you for your support and I appreciate you more than you could ever know.

Starting when I called in, the person was very courteous and knowledgeable. Payment on my claims was made as indicated they would be. Glad I selected Embrace for my dog's insurance.

Needs improvement
Website and app are difficult to use (very slow response times and glitchy user interface). Not sure the insurance is really worth the money for routine and minor vet bills, but it provides some sense of peace of mind in the event something really awful happens.

Every call was thoroughly explained and the person was always courteous. I purposely waited until now to provide a review, AFTER I got my claim approved. Initially, the claim discussion revolved around a denial which led to down the why path since we had never used your services. This was a spleen removal surgery for my chocolate lab and one of your reps stated that due to pre-existing conditions it would be denied. Our question to you was “exactly what pre-existing conditions since this was the first and only spleen issue he had?” You mentioned it was due to a skin mass. Skin mass and spleen are not related. In the meantime I did look up your BBB score and you have an A so that was hopeful. Thank you for the services.
