We were impressed from our first appointment with Dr. Houston, when she got down on the floor and examined our furry family member from head to tail. Several appointments later, we felt very confident that our dog was getting excellent care. Sadly we had to make end of life decisions for our furry family member. Dr. Houston provided the information we needed, and support during a very difficult time for both my husband and I. Our only issue was when we needed to pick up our dog’s prescription for anti-seizure medication. They would not send them to a pharmacy, but we would have to drive to their office to pick them up each time. This was a bit of a hassle.

We took our senior dog to Barlow Trail after not being able to get her into our regular vet. Dr Houston was very professional and compassionate when I had to make the heartbreaking decision to put down my fur baby. We decided to take our other senior dog to Dr Houston for her checkup afterward. Again, Dr Houston was very professional and thorough, friendly, and gave all options for treatment. I was happy she didn't just jump to costly procedures like some do. It's clear she has a connection with the animals she treats. I would recommend her without hesitation. Thanks to Barlow Trail and Dr Houston for being kind when we were devastated and continuing the excellent treatment with my other dog.

Today was our first time to Barlow Trail. This was hands down the best vet experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Houston and all her staff are all so personable. Dr. Houston was so professional, knowledgeable and so kind to both me and my dog. Additionally, my dog made absolute scene about getting her nails done and the staff was so understanding and polite about it. Will definitely be transferring all our pets to be under the care of Barlow Trail!

Dr.Houston and her staff are amazing! They are always very accommodating to our needs and some of the nicest people you will ever meet. We can’t say enough good things about Barlow Trail and I recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding vet clinic.

Dr. Huston is sensitive to animals and first-rate when it comes to diagnosing and treating them. She recognized that my large dog was having joint pain. I'm now providing him with the supplements she prescribed and he is much happier.
