Daniel was very helpful and knowledgeable! He made sure I knew everything I was signing up for while also making sure I was aware of what was not included so it wasn’t a surprise later on, all while keeping the call quick and efficient! Easy to submit a claim
It was easy to fill out the claim info and attach the scan of the itemized vet bill. The claim was paid relatively quickly, but I had to refer to my dog's policy to understand the items not covered in the claim.

This company is a fraud
This company is a fraud. After submitting all medical documents, I received a confirmation email that my cat was covered. Then they denied my claim because they said the documents I originally uploaded weren't valid. I spoke with several customer service agents, none seemed like they knew what they were doing as I received different information from each one, and one agent told me they don't look at medical documents until a claim is filed; so they falsely told me that my cat was covered when I originally signed up. Absolutely disgusting business practice. Don't use them. They'll steal your money and you'll still end up with a vet bill.
