Healthy Paws has taken phenomenal care for two of my golden retrievers. Recently my four year old golden tangled with a porcupine which lead to quills puncturing her lungs. The surgery was extensive and I would have struggled to afford it without Healthy Paws. Payment was prompt, email notifications were prompt, and most important when I had a question the person I worked with was kind, thorough, and got the job done immediately. Meanwhile my girl has recovered and lives another day. Thank you Healthy Paws!

My first Golden Retriever had a $6,000 life saving surgery just two weeks after bringing her home. I didn't have insurance and when I tried to get it after, I was told she had a pre-existing condition. With my second puppy I bought insurance right away and after researching numerous insurances I chose Healthy Paws. Best decision I could have made. They have such an easy claim submission process, they process claims super quickly, and they don't have a cap or minimum. Honestly, they've been a life saver with this new girl as she unfortunately has tummy issues as well! I highly recommend getting their insurance!

I have insured my dogs with Healthy Paws since they were puppies, so for over 5 years now. They are great at processing claims in a timely manner, most simple claims are done within 24 hours!! One of my dogs recently had to undergo surgery and even that extensive claim was processed within a few days. And they covered absolutely everything needed to do the surgery plus what was needed make my dog as comfortable as possible. About a week after the surgery I received an email from Healthy Paws Customer Service asking how my dog was doing after her surgery. I thought that was such a nice gesture!! I'm a very happy customer!

Unfortunately, our dog has had some major medical issues and operations, without Healthy Paws Per Insurance we would not have been able to provide the needed medical care, which saved her life. In all the claims we sent in, not one was ever denied, claims are processed in a timely manner and they are very helpful if you have any questions. I had owned another dog that developed severe heart issues. We were faced with huge bills to try to save him. When I got Waffles I decided to look into insurance. My vet’s office had info on Trupanion. I’ll admit to some skepticism and concerns, but I went ahead and signed up for it. My dog is only 1 year old and has been diagnosed with allergies that affect her ears and entire body. Trupanion has been wonderful. My vet files the claim and I get a notice it’s being reviewed. The last claim was paid the day after I went to the vet. This is wonderful and a big relief to me. I know I don’t have to worry whether I can take care of my dog.

I enrolled my newly adopted cat with Healthy Paws after a vet tech friend recommended it, and I’m so glad I did. He started to have some health issues which meant quite a few vet visits. Eventually we had to go to a specialist and get biopsies done. Through all of this, Healthy Paws made it simple and easy to file claims and the reimbursement was very fast. They even checked in to see how my little guy was doing after he was diagnosed. Having this insurance has made navigating my cat’s health issues much less stressful.
