I am very thankful for Pets Best. They are so quick with receiving claims and I have had no issues with getting things claimed. Very fast and easy process. My dog had an unexpected mass on his leg this year, which required multiple biopsies and a MRI to diagnose. I was thankful Pets Best was so quick with their turn around time to help with the financial burden.

The insurance we paid for was useless.
The insurance we paid for was absolutely useless. Nothing was covered for our dog, no regular health check ups, nothing. I’m sure there are other pet insurance companies that are worth purchasing, but Embrace Pet Insurance certainly is not. Thankfully we cancelled and will look into better pet insurance available.

Absolute thieves
Absolute thieves. We have the top of the line plan and we are covered. We were arbitrarily denied a claim despite the vet explaining and sending over all the information. We will be contacting a lawyer to recoup all the money we’ve paid thus far. AVOID!!!!!!

My very first claim was effortless
My very first claim was effortless. My cat was diagnosed with cancer. Thank goodness I didn’t have to fight with anyone about claims, reimbursements or anything. The money was directly deposited into my account quickly. Thank you Spot. I am so grateful I found you.

Good customer service
Have had this coverage for a couple years, but thankfully haven’t needed to use it until recently. I thought the price was high, so called around to other insurers, and Embrace’s premium is actually quite fair and similar to other pet insurance for the same coverage. I chose this one because of their affiliation with USAA and good reputation. I had difficulty uploading documents and making a claim through the app, which is the only reason it wasn’t a five star rating. However, when I called customer service for help, they offered both guidance on using the app and alternate ways to make a claim. The app advice from customer service didn’t work, but they immediately sent an alternate means via email. Turn around and reimbursement was just a couple days. Happy with the service with no plans to look for alternate insurance.

Embrace has been very easy to do…
Embrace has been very easy to do business with over the last 4 years. We are so thankful that we elected to get insurance when our dog was a puppy. Embrace claims were easy to file over the years between surgeries and wellness visits. Reimbursement was fast and fair, just as expected. If we ever get another pet, we will certainly get them covered as well. The peace of mind Embrace offers is worth every penny!

Quick turnaround
I was faced with a $5000+ bill when my dog blew her ACL. Spot made it possible for her to get the surgery she needed in a timely fashion so she wasn’t in pain for long and the reimbursement came before she even got her stitches out. Thank you.
