Recently, my pet was ill and it required a lot of tests and expense to try and determine the problem. Trupanion reviewed and processed my claim very quickly and covered all expenses outlined in the policy. Thank you Trupanion!

I am the epitome of a satisfied customer! My dog, Larry, needed his teeth cleaned and two teeth extracted. The dental rewards program that Embrace offers is great! My reimbursement was sent right out! During my dogs cleaning, an oral mass was found. Though it took a bit longer to be settled, once my veterinarian was able to send Embrace the proper documentation, that portion of my claim was settled and the proper reimbursement sent out. The customer service at Embrace is second to none! I am thrilled with my choice to utilize this company for Larry's insurance needs!

I submitted all relevant papers according to a claim and I didn't have to go through a bunch of red tape. ASPCA came through for me during a very frustrating time when my dog was going through difficult times.

My dog was very sick and vomitting constantly. I took her to the vet and he did x-rays on her and noticed she ingested a metal staple. This occured on December 26, 2011. The vet didn't want to immediately do surgery on the dog (which would cost over $2,000) so he instructed me to give her plenty of bread and milk to hopefully surround the staple and make it pass through her safely. We need to go back for a follow up visit on January 3, 2012 to make sure the foreign body passed through. He did an x-ray and thankfully the staple passed through. No surgery needed. NOW here we go.... ASPCA covered 80% of "allowable" costs for the visit in December. But ZERO for the visit in January because it was a pre-existing condition. What was I supposed to do - put the dog in surgery right away so it won't be a pre-existing condition in 6 days?? It was a follow up vist and cost me $700 and I got zero reimbursed. Needless to say I cancelled my policy and went to Pet Plan Insurance. Sneaky sneaky sneaky.

I just had a big claim paid with no problems, very pleased

I rescused my Shelby when she was 10 weeks old. I decided to get pet insurance and sure glsd I did. We were at a dog park to socialize her and while she was playing with another 6 month old puppy, a large dog ran across the park and attacked her while another jumped in. Sometime later we were at another dog park and a pit bull came up and just attacked her. Then a month later she was attacked by a pack of six dogs. Needless to say she received her worse injuries. But without the insurance I would have had a very large bill that I would have had trouble paying for, with the overnight stay, surgery, drain tube and meds. It was the best thing I ever did getting insurance.

I recently took Jack for his yearly checkup and vaccinations. I faxed my claim to Embrace and had a check for the entire amount in 10 days. Thanks for the peace of mind I get from having Embrace to take care of Jack's medical needs.

I would like to say that I can't believe that I was reimbursed for pet preventives!!! I received my first claim check and was excited to see that I received a check for Heartworm Medicine and Frontline. After my last experience with my previous dog who passed away of Lymphoma; I promissed myself that my next dog would have pet insurance. I am very satisfied and happy that I chose Embrace for my dog's insurance and look forward to a long healthy relationship with Embrace.
