Embrace Claims
Want to thank the Embrace team in processing our claims for Cody (Dog), he has been quite sick the last 5 weeks. The best Pet Insurance Co. we have had now for 7 years.

very good follow-up
It took awhile to get the claim paid, but it was the fault of the vet, since he did not get the records to Embrace in a timely manner. Embrace kept up with polite reminders to us that they couldn't process the claim, until the vet got them the records. As soon as we resolved the situation with the vet, the claim was quickly closed by Embrace

This is the Best Pets Insurance
Bagel contracted Lyme disease. We have to bring him to the vet a few times and drugstore for medication. I submitted the claim by fax with all the receipts in Mid May and it turns around in a week and direct deposit into my account. They are fast and simple.
This is the best Pets Insurance.

Very Professional in a Very Caring Way
We are very pleased with the service we receive from Embrace for our two French Bulldogs. We are informed of our claim status every step of the process and always know we are receiving the best service. These people care about their customer service and they care about their most important clients... the pets!

Caring beyond imagination
The most amazing people I have ever had the pleasure in working with and crying with. Without question, denial or runaround bureaucracy they gave us 8 months with our family and friend Miley. Our 6 year old Newfoundland was diagnosed 1.5 years ago with osteosarcoma and lost her battle with cancer 2 weeks ago. Healthy Paws paid for the amputation and chemotherapy, procedures, biopsies to name a few. They did it with a caring smile and tear. We should all hope to achieve the sincere commitment to the health of our pets. Truly amazing people.

I love it!
I am quite pleased with my level 3 policy. It has delivered exactly as promised and I love the low $100 annual deductable instead of having a smaller deductable but it being taken out of every claim. The only thing I would like to see more is to have my claims direct deposited to my checking like they auto debit my premiums.

excellent
I have been with the same insurer(though the name has changed a bit with time) since I adopted Daven from the SPCA. Inow have 3 pets insured with Trupanion and find them excellent. I would recommend them highly as does my Vet.

You can never start too early
My puppy was not quite 4 months at the time of her accident. She had been sick the month before, and after a $2000 vet bill for two days I decided I needed to get pet insurance so this does not happen again. I had just paid my second monthly premium when Teagan broke her left femur. It needed immediate orthopedic surgery. The bill cam to over $5000. She now has to be kept calm and use her leg as little as possible for another 7 weeks. But I am grateful that that worry is not compounded with how we will pay for the cost of her bills. Trupanion was easy and fast with our reimbursement. They paid out as much money as I will pay in premiums for the next seven years.... that is amazing.
