Good value for your money
I've used ASPCA pet insurance for several years and several pets. Having ASPCA pet insurance makes it easier for me to get the veterinary care needed to keep my four legged family in good health. Their rates are affordable and help to reduce my out of pocket costs for the visits to the vet.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
These people are incredible. My dog had an accident and broke her leg. After a visit to the ER for a splint and her regular vet for X-rays, we were sent to an orthopedic surgeon who was going to cost $5500!! I don’t have that cash lying around, so I called at 10am and spoke with a representative, and after several emails, return calls, and transfers, they were able to pre-certify me for treatment before a 4pm surgery on the same day!!!! I was so relieved to not have to worry about how this was going to be paid for. Bless you, Customer Care Embracer - Christine Batten and Claims Adjuster - Lindsey Hagerty, for knowing how to handle a man in distress and helping me navigate this incredibly stressful day!

I recommend Trupanion to everyone!!
I recommend Trupanion to everyone. They literally saved my dogs life! He ruptured a disc and was paralyzed, requiring extensive surgery, hospitalization and therapy. Trupanion immediately approved treatment via phone with the neurologist and my pup was in the MRI and on to surgery right away. Without the coverage I would have been looking at “financial euthanasia” as I could not afford the $14,000,00 worth of treatment. Harley is back to hiking and doing all of his awesome dog things. He also has Addison’s disease, which requires a pricey monthly injection and daily meds. The 90% coverage of those costs is a life saver for my wallet! A couple years ago it was a mast cell tumor removal, again covered at 90%. While our insurance does not cover regular visits, vaccinations, etc, the big ticket items are what we really needed Trupanion for and they have been there for us. Excellent customer service and very fast payment. 5 stars all the way!!

I never imagined when I adopted a puppy…
I never imagined when I adopted a puppy I would need this type of insurance. It has been a life saver because he has cyringomyaelia and has painful attacks everyday but when we needed brain surgery Trupanion was there to help me. I suggest everyone to get this insurance because you really do never know what life will throw at you and either does your pocket.

Fabulous Pet Insurance company
My 4 lb 1 oz. 14 month yr. old yorkie named Ivy started throwing up and after 1 1/2 days of it and her totally not acting like herself I called her vet. and they had me bring her in right away. Not knowing whether she had eaten something she shouldn't have or somehow got poisoned they took x-rays and ran blood tests. It turned out the Ivy was dehydrated and had gastroenteritis. The vet. wanted to put an IV in her and keep her overnight to watch her closely. When I was told how much it was going to cost I cried. It was $1,829.00 that first day. The vets office was very considerate and submitted the claim to Healthy Paws. I can not say enough good things about Healthy Paws. After my $200.00 deductible they paid 90%. I received the check approximately one week after and they even followed up with emails to check on Ivy's progress. Healthy Paws is a wonderful pet insurance company to do business with. I highly recommend them.
