Very Happy!

I have 3 dogs that I transferred from VPI to Pet's Best. The benefits are more generous and the claim forms very simple. They are a little more expensive, but I think the reimbursement schedule makes up for it. I submitted one claim that took a long time to get reimbursement for (about 6 weeks) but was covered in full: all others have been handled very quickly. I recommend them highly!

SO FAST!

My dog Sierra was acting really weird on Monday. Not eating anything, not even her favorite treats. We decided that we would wait until the next day to see if she got any better and if she didn't we would take her to the vet. Well, she didn't get any better by the next day. Needless to say, we took her in. she had some blood work done and got some medication to keep her from throwing up and some liquid food. I had my vet sign my claim form and went home. The next day we got the lab results back, and they were pretty much normal. He said to basically keep an eye on her and if she doesn't get any better then to take her back in. WELL I brought my papers from the vet in with me to work and went online to petsbest.com. They had a fax number on there and I thought 'well isn't that convenient." So I faxed it. Not more than 1 hour went by and I already received an e-mail stating that they got the claim and are processing it now! I was amazed that I didn't have to call in a week to make sure someone got it. I am very VERY happy so far with the service I have received from petsbest. I will post something on here once I get my check and let you know how fast, or slow, it was. So far I am VERY pleased.

Happy with Trupanion

I was very happy with Trupanion. A mistake was made on my claim and they took full responsibility and paid the claim. Staff was friendly and professional. I will continue to have insurance through them.

My "emergency room child" is covered!

I am the very happy owner of 2 English Springer Spaniels; Maggie & Murphy. Maggie was with us for nearly 5 years when we decided to bring Murphy into our family. Have you ever heard of an emergency room child? That would be Murph! From day one he was nipped at, developed rashes, experienced severe growing pains-you name it, Murphy experienced it. I decided right away that ASPCA health insurance was a must. Since we have been a member, there have been many more emergency visits (laceration to his lip; slip and falls on hardwood floor, etc.) Each time ASPCA processed my claims in short order. I only wish my own healthcare insurance provider was as competent!

Wellness Claim Reimbursement

It took about a week and a half rom the time I submitted my claim for my two cats' wellness visit to the time I received my check. Embrace paid the entire claim quickly. They followed up with me to let me know they had received the claim, let me know that they had processed it, and then followed up to make sure I had received the payment. Wonderful!

Horrible Insurance

From a 480 vet bill they returned $160 after over a year of service! What a joke! I will be canceling ASAP!!

ASPCA health insurance saved us alot of money.

We have 2 cats , 1, 10 yrs old 1, 6 yrs old. Our 6 yr old Tuxedo , domestic short hair, had to have his teeth cleaned for tarter build up and 1 extraction . A couple weeks later he had bladder broblems,(Bladder Stones) and needed surgery. For around 1,600 dollar in charges for both procedures we had to pay about 450.00. You never know when you'll need Insurance.
