This is long overdue. I can't thank Trupanion enough for their level of caring, fast payments, and helpful customer service. This pet insurance is the very best. I almost didn't get pet insurance thinking it would be a waste of money. I was so wrong. I adopted a terrier mix from a shelter in June 2013. In October 2013, he got into something and was poisoned. He required a blood transfusion and a pet hospital stay. I would not have been able to afford the care he needed so I am thankful every day I see our dog that I chose to get Trupanion insurance. They were recommended to me from a friend and I can see why. They have top notch customer service and I always felt they cared about what happened to our dog. They are incredible and I highly recommend them. Thank you Trupanion for enabling us to get the care needed for our puppy to survive that horrible ordeal.

My dog tore his CCL and had to have major surgery. This happened 8 days after the 15 day waiting period after I first got the insurance. I just received my check for $2,921 and even got a follow up email from Healthy Paws checking up on Riley. Very happy (and lucky) I got this insurance when I did.

Our baby girl, Stella, tore her cruciate not long ago and we knew the TPLO surgery would need to be performed. We also knew that it's a very expensive surgery. Thank goodness we had Healthy Paws. We got her in for surgery just a few days after finding out about the injury (4/16/14), picked her up on 4/17/14 and paid the $5300 bill. The vet submitted the claim the next day and we received a check on 4/21/14 for $4300. Amazing, right? I had pet insurance with my last dog and there's no comparison between that carrier and Healthy Paws. This dog owner highly recommends Healthy Paws!

After loosing my last pug to cancer, I was determined my new boys, Winston and Bojangles, were going to have insurance. I did a lot of research and chose Healthy Paws. Bojangles was diagnosed with a neurological problem which cost well over $2000.00 when he was still a puppy. Last month we found a lump that surgery was $750.00. Bojangles is now only two. Healthy Paws paid quickly and the amount we agreed to, which is what I expected. But I did not expect the considerate follow ups on how my Bo is doing. They really care. So far my other pug, Winston, has been fine, but I know if he ever needs help Healthy Paws will be there for us. Treatment for my boys and Peace of Mind for me.

Our 20-month pitbull mix, Lulu, had the misfortune of injuring her knees in a fall. When we went to the orthopedic vet to confirm her regular vet's concerned, he told us she'd torn her ACLs. We've had Healthy Paws for about 1 year now for our 5 yr. old Shepherd mix Kalo. Unfortunately, Kalo has been accident prone since he was a wee pup. This is my first time buying any type of insurance and I love the peace of mind that I got from having Embrace and their customer service by my side. We have a 9-week old miniature poodle named Dottie. She just had a very delicate surgery and Embrace has been there to help enable our dog to be a viable light in our family. We have a very limited fixed income, being senior citizens with four teenagers and two dogs. Without Embrace helping to defray the medical bills. I'm an anxious mom and needed the hand-holding that the Embrace provided.
