Great coverage and very timely payment of claims
I was informed by an Embrace consultant about my wellness coverage for my dog Allie. I took her to get her annual heartworm test and bought a year's supply of Sentinal thanks to Embrace at no additional cost. Excellent coverage & service
Dash has allergic dermatitis, & Trupanion has covered & continues to cover 90% of nearly every expense. This coverage has made it possible to afford state-of-the-art care for our beloved puppy.

Great service-prompt replies
I always get a prompt reply to my questions and/or claims. I had a different insurance plan for my dog & cat, that just dropped me. So far Embrace has been prompt, courteous and just great.

Wonderful Insurance
So pleases to have Pets Best Insurance. First insurance we've ever had. It is so easy to file claims and we've had one major incident and 2 other surgeries and never even a question on the 80/20 split.

My Ilsa and Her Insurance Coverage
I have had pet insurance with you since I got my German Shorthaired Pointer, Ilsa. She was only 8 weeks old when we bought her, but I wanted her to be completely covered in case of any unexpected occurances. Only 2 months later she was attacked by another dog and needed emergency surgery for an abcess in her leg from a dog bite wound. Thankfully the claim was covered by the pet insurance and most of the bills were re-imbursed to me in an appropriate amount of time. I know that Ilsa is in the best hands as far as her medical care goes.

Dissapointed
I can't believe that Tucker has to go a year from the last time he was sick with vomiting and diarrhea before you will cover another claim with the same problem. This must be buried somewhere way down in the small print. This denial pretty much makes up my mind...no insurance next year.

Greatest Pet Insurance company EVER!
This is the most straightforward, know-what-to-expect company i have ever dealth with. the explanation of benefits is clear and easy to understand. Embrace could certainly teach the health insurance industry a thing or two (or three) about customer service!
